Lesotho Highlands project
The Lesotho Highlands project is a water supply project developed in partnership between the governments of Lesotho and South Africa. The project supplies water to the inhabitants of Lesotho and South Africa, mainly the Gauteng province. Part of the Lesotho Highlands project are the: Katse Dam, Mohale Dam, Mashai Dam and the Tsoelike Dam. The Katse and Mashai Dam also generate hydroelectric power for Lesotho.
